Kwela is pleased to announce: Joanne Spalton joins the team as Senior Consultant

Kwela is delighted to announce that Joanne Spalton has joined the Kwela team as Senior Consultant.

Joanne brings to Kwela 10 years of experience in progressive human resources roles--her most recent role was Director of HR at Fortinet Technologies. She has honed her people development skills through a variety of roles in the last decade, gaining experience in many sectors including manufacturing, engineering, operations, and most recently software development.

Joanne shows great strength as an agent of change; she models strong leadership skills, and is able to quickly gain a high level of understanding of the fundamentals and strategic imperatives of any business.

Joanne holds a Bachelor of Arts (Political Science, English) degree from the University of Victoria, a post-degree diploma in Human Resources Management from BCIT, and is also a CHRP.

We are very pleased that Joanne chose the Kwela team to bring her many talents to, and look forward to introducing her to all of our valued clients in the coming months.
