Critical Thinking Skills
Organizations must respond to changes in their business environment to remain relevant. To achieve this, leaders must initiate the right changes and manage their implementation in a way that overcomes inertia and an excerpt from our full-day Critical Thinking & Problem Solving workshop, this 3 hour session will focus on the systems thinking component of this topic.
