Optimizing Teams
The ability to develop a strong sense of teamwork is a critical skill for any leader that manages a team, but some leaders haven't had the opportunity to learn how to help diagnose how their own team is performing, or how to identify the steps that need to be taken to optimize it.
In this 3-hour session, we will deliver a shortened version of our one-day workshop Team Optimization Skills. It is our goal that by attending this morning’s session, you will gain a better understanding of what it takes to make a high performing team.

Influencing Skills
The acid test of a good plan is the willingness of others to implement it. In this 3-hour session, we will deliver a shortened version of our one-day workshop, Influencing Skills. It is our goal that by attending this afternoon’s session, you will have acquired some of the skills necessary to positively influence others.
