'Public' Leadership Development Program
Aimed at emerging or new Managers and Team Leads, this
Leadership Development Program is a
unique opportunity for participants who want to benefit from cross-industry experience while taking advantage of our proven approach and methodology in developing leaders.
The program emphasizes the role of the leader and the important differences from the individual contributor role. Outcomes participants can expect include:
- Being seen as a stronger leader, with the data to prove it
- Greater satisfaction in leading or influencing others, and knowledge of how to keep it this way
- Improvements in team building, people engagement and business results
The program begins this summer and will span the course of 4 months with the following steps:
- 360 Feedback Assessment

We will customize two workshop topics based on the 360-degree data that emerges and the personal development plans that are formulated. Contact us for more information - Mini-Feedback Survey
The mini-feedback survey is used to provide confidential feedback on the extent to which the participant was able to reach his/her personal development goal that was set at the beginning of the program - Feedback& Graduation Session
In this step, the personal coach provides feedback that the participant received during the mini-feedback survey, and helps explore next steps. Decisions and commitments are made to sustain the participant's development and growth as a leader.
Date: 360 Feedback Assessments will be administered early August; the program launches late August/early September, with the skills workshops taking place mid-October.
