360-Degree Feedback

360-degree feedback is consistently ranked as one of the most effective tools for developing and training leaders. Also called multi-rater feedback, a 360-degree assessment combines an individual’s self-ratings with data gathered from managers, direct reports, peers, and even external customers or suppliers. As a result, 360-degree feedback offers a broader perspective than traditional manager-only feedback and helps to develop the essential self-awareness that motivates people to develop themselves.

360-degree feedback is a powerful catalyst for change; however, its implementation is not trivial. Lack of organizational readiness, assessments executed in isolation, and failure to follow-up can all limit its effectiveness. At Kwela, we know how to avoid these pitfalls and have the expertise to:

  • Prepare your organization and ensure executive buy-in.
  • Design and deploy 360-degree feedback using tools that are rigorous and confidential.
  • Synthesize and interpret feedback data into meaningful objectives.
  • Create practical developmental goals with clear actionable steps.
  • Measure progress through a formal and on-going follow-up process.

We use 360-degree feedback in many of our Leadership Development Programs to pinpoint critical gaps in your leadership competencies, develop personal and team development plans, measure improvements, and drive future growth.

In addition, we can also help you make 360-degree feedback an integral part of your on-going performance management practices through our 360-Degree Feedback Implementation Services.
