Leadership Skills Training
Targeted and well facilitated training is a useful adjunct to any leadership development program because it allows participants to develop core skills that are best learned in a classroom setting. This is especially true for interpersonal skills such as conflict resolution and group skills such as problem solving which both benefit from the practice and interaction made possible through a workshop.
