Kwela’s public leadership programs provide participants with the opportunity to develop their leadership skills while also learning from like-minded counterparts in other organizations and industries. They are also an ideal solution for organizations that lack the critical mass or budget to implement an in-house program.

Momentum

Public Leadership Development Program

A comprehensive 4 month leadership development program that incorporates 360-Degree Feedback, Coaching, Personal Development Planning, and Leadership Skills Training. By participating in Momentum, managers will acquire a solid foundation in leadership skills and experience both personal and professional growth through their work with an expert coach.

Activate!

Public Leadership Skills Training

A quick access workshop geared toward new managers who need to start off on the right foot. This 2-day workshop covers the skills that new leaders typically need to focus on and is packed with practical examples, tools and in-class practice.
