Join Kwela principals, Nic Tsangarakis and Russel Horwitz, and Jean Rankin, Director of Human Resources for Dominion Construction, in a practical round table discussion of the role coaching played in creating a healthy workplace within Dominion Construction.

Workshop Synopsis

This practical session aims to use an actual case study to show how a BC based organization (Dominion Construction) used coaching training to impact its engagement survey results. You will see what was done and how it was achieved. Coaching as a tool to achieve healthy workplaces is considered. Theory will be light with a great deal of emphasis on reflection and dialogue.
