Learn how to help employees develop a full understanding of the talents (and "non talents") that will drive their careers |
Many managers assume that employees should move to a new role every few years so that they are exposed to varied and interesting experiences, and have a feeling of progression in their careers. A newer assumption is emerging that suggests that while new experiences are valid, ‘self discovery’ is ultimately more important to a fulfilling career. In this context, the energy for a healthy career is generated by discovering the talents that already exist in the employee rather than finding as many marketable experiences as possible.
This workshop shows managers how to help employees really understand what they are deeply interested in and passionate about. Managers are then shown how to “sculpt” jobs that play to these strengths.
Results You Can Expect
