Leadership simulation is a truly action-packed, hands-on way to learn about leadership at all levels. In a leadership simulation, participants are divided into teams that must collaborate to achieve a common production goal using actual assembly hardware. But it is not so simple – the executive team seems out of touch, construction bottlenecks abound, miscommunication is virtually assured, middle-managers look to their own teams, and silos quickly develop. Sound familiar?

In this workshop, the simulated leadership environment teaches participants about all aspects of leadership as well as where their own strengths lie and where they do not. Only by leading better and differently at all levels is the group able to succeed in achieving the goal!
